With a bachelor's degree and an MBA in hand, I took a life-changing leap to the U.S. in 1993 for a second master's degree, launching an incredible journey of personal and professional growth. Throughout my rewarding thirty-plus years at UPS, I rose to the position of Vice President, where I've dedicated myself to innovation, growth, and uplifting women of color.
Balancing my career and family life has been challenging yet fulfilling, and my unwavering commitment has enabled me to flourish in both realms. In 2015, guided by my father's insightful wisdom, I uncovered my true passion: empowering professional women to overcome barriers and redefining what success means to them.
